All shipments will be delivered through our In-house shipping
Shipping will be free on all orders above KD15, otherwise there will be a KD 1.5 charge per shipment.
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not already been processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (if paid by credit/debit card). We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out, still wants to cancel then we will not refund the shipping cost.
Shipments will take 2 - 3 working days
Customers will receive an email confirmation on their registered email once their order is processed.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Please note that the Orders paid for Cash on Delivery attracts KD 1 as cash on delivery fee
For using this service, you need to pay cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Giordano and accepts Giordano's decision regarding the cancellation.

You can exchange or refund it in any Giordano store in Kuwait within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and comes with the receipt + tags.

Not eligible:

• Underwear, socks, innerwear (hygiene > feelings)
• Items marked non-returnable
• Used, damaged, or altered products
• Sale items → exchange only, no refunds
  

Bundles & gifts:

Return everything together. Partial returns = nope.

Refunds:

• Back to the same payment method
• Takes up to 14 working days
• If returning drops your order below KD 15, KD 1.5 shipping applies
  

Stock issues:

If something’s out of stock, it’ll be cancelled + refunded automatically.

Price goof-ups:

If pricing was wrong or you got the wrong item, Giordano can cancel the order.
