You can exchange or refund it in any Giordano store in Kuwait within 30 days, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and comes with the receipt + tags.
Not eligible:
- Underwear, socks, innerwear (hygiene > feelings)
- Items marked non-returnable
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Sale items → exchange only, no refunds
Bundles & gifts:
Return everything together. Partial returns = nope.
Refunds:
- Back to the same payment method
- Takes up to 14 working days
- If returning drops your order below KD 15, KD 1.5 shipping applies
Stock issues:
If something’s out of stock, it’ll be cancelled + refunded automatically.
Price goof-ups:
If pricing was wrong or you got the wrong item, Giordano can cancel the order.
